Coimbatore, Jan 6: With the concept ‘say it with flowers,’ the 5th ‘Kovai Flower Show’, which began here today have themes such as India Gate and a majestic Aeroplane made of coronation flower to attract the art and flower lovers of the region. More than 200 varieties of loose flowers like chrysanthemum, aster, salvia and cut flowers like rose, anthurium and orchid were arranged in different forms and structure to attract the visitors. The main aim of the 3-day show, organised by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in association with Rotary Uptown, was to create awareness on biodiversity, environment conservation and economic value of flowers to school children and general public.
